Tube Settler Media (also known as Lamella Clarifier Media) is designed to improve the sedimentation process in water and wastewater treatment plants by providing a large settling surface within a compact footprint. Made from high-strength UV-stabilized PVC or PP, the media is configured in a series of inclined tubes (typically at 60°), allowing suspended solids to settle efficiently and increasing the hydraulic capacity of sedimentation tanks.
Ideal for both municipal and industrial treatment applications, tube settlers accelerate particle settling and reduce the size and cost of clarifiers.
✅ Compact Design: Enhances settling efficiency without expanding tank size
✅ High Settling Capacity: Increases hydraulic flow rate up to 2–3 times
✅ Durable Construction: Virgin PVC/PP with excellent chemical resistance
✅ Inclined Tube Configuration: Typically 60° for optimal laminar flow
✅ Modular & Easy to Install: Lightweight modules reduce installation time and cost
